My learning is different 

My learning is different,for the past two weeks have been learning from home due to covid 19.Occasionally I will struggle to find my learning because I would be late for my google meet.

At home we would have a flexible schedule we could do our work anytime.While at school we would have a rigid schedule we would have to do our work on a curtain time.

While I was at home,learning I always worked from my bed and stayed there for most of the day.I didn’t have to wear my uniform,online meeting started a couple minutes later.

I struggled with online class because it was always lagging,every so often my mic would work and our google meet wouldn’t work so we had to work by our self.

First week in the new school

In the first week in the new school,it was exciting because it as been one whole week learning in our new school.I had a great time learning and cooperating with people that I have not cooperated with before.I also enjoyed working in a large space,with two other class.

What ?

What happened?

This morning we all gathered in room 1 because today was the day we were moving to the new school.After Mr Coakely spoke we walked to the new school.We first went to the new room 1 and 4 class room.When we left room 1 and 4 I was excited because I wanted to see the new curiosity learning space .When we got to the new classroom,it was not as big as I thought but it was still big.

So what ?

Why was it so important?

I was very excited to come to this new building but I was also sad because I didn't want to leave the old school because the old school was my first primary school.

Now what ?

What are the next steps of learning?

We are going to take care of this building and we are going to gain more. knowledge

Music reflection.

This my reflection on my classes music assembly.

When it was our turn to play music assembly I was nervous to play the guitar in front of everyone.During our performance I started to be brave enough to play in front of the people in front of me.My favourite song that I liked to play was love love love.I liked playing that song because everyone was singing the song and it filled me with joy.On our last song we got to play you are my sunshine,I  enjoyed playing that song because I got to show people how good our guitar group is and again the school sang along.

Highlight of the term.

My highlight of term 2 was when I went to the NYLD because
I had the opportunity to listen to a lot of people talking about
being leadership. It has inspired me to keep trying so that I can
become a leader.It was a fun experience and I hope I can go
again.

100 words challenge

One afternoon I gave my dog a massage because he was looking unhappy, I rubbed my hands on his fur and then tickled his face .

After the massage he was still looking unhappy, so I decided to take him for a walk in the park.

He was jumping up and down on the footpath and running in the grass, w hen we came back home, he was still looking depressed,so I gave him another massage and after that massage he was looking cheerful so he ran around the house jumping up and down and breaking everything he sees things.

After that he came back to me I think he wanted another massage but I didn’t do it because I was too tired.

Catholic school is important.

We get to learn an extra subject which is religious education.
Religious education we can learn the history of Jesus and
how we can follow in his footsteps.
In religious education we can also learn the history and the
good deeds Jesus did for us.
We also celebrate the  things that non- catholic schools do like:
ash Wednesday,catholic schools day,soul friends mass and many more .

In a catholic school we have the chance to do prayers,we do
prayers every morning and we take turns doing prayer.
The prayers we do are the:traditional prayers,spontaneous
prayers and a lectio divina.
We also go to church on Monday and Friday .
The reason why we go to mass on Monday is to pray together
like a school family .
On Fridays only room 7 go to mass .
Or maybe sometimes we invite other classes to come with us .

In addition I think a catholic school is important since we get to learn an extra subject which is R.E. and how we get to pray everyday .

On one morning I went outside to give Rex’s dog food ,
when I got outside he screamed at me and shouted

“WHERE IS My FOOD !!!!"
Then I fell on the floor dropping my dogs food .
When I was woke  up my dog was jumping on top of me .
Then my dog said in anger

“ Why did you drop my food before I bite your head . “ Then I replied

“ Stop being Angus  . “
So I went inside and got him some food,
when I got outside he came running at me until he saw his food .
Rex started to get mad and I started to get scared .
He shouted at me saying

“ I WANT REAL FOOD NOT DOG FOOD !!!!!!
“ After that I went back into bed and said
“ I hope tomorrow will be a better day .”

On one ordinary day I went fishing and everything was
fine until an alligator attacked me .
I was terrified I couldn’t move , so I  whacked it with a knife and
then it got angrier than ever .
It tried to bite me but I shifted  to the corner , and
then it went back to the sea and the alligator
followed me to shore.
